Jim,
a native of California, opened one of the first restaurants on St.
Thomas. Since then he has run various restaurants, hotels and tourist
attractions, both in the Virgin Islands and Florida. Jim has been
involved in sailing all his life and has owned many boats including
a 72' Trumpy and a 77' Rhodes design motor-sailor. Though most of
his recent years have been in the Caribbean, he has also sailed
the South Pacific. He will customize your cruise, discussing with
your expectations and preferences, then establish an itinerary that
will be unique to your voyage. He will always find the right spot
to drop the anchor, over the prettiest water, close to shore and
near the best snorkeling. |

She loves to bake, and will plan your meals to suit your preferences,
including delectable island dishes as well as excellent renderings
of traditional favorites. She has worked with Jim in all of their
business enterprises, including chartering their 66' Cheoy Lee trawler
Mustique, and Phantom a 72' Burger motoryacht. |

Dylan
is a native of South Africa and has spent most of his 24 years on
the beach and in the sea. His love of the sea started at a young
age with his involvement in 'Nippers', a junior lifeguard program.
Since his inclusion in the program he has gone through the ranks
of the movement including becoming the Provincial (State) Inflatable
Rescue Boat Officer and obtaining his Sea Rescue Helicopter Crewman's
certificate. Dylan also has his BAA Paramedic qualification and
initially studied Landscaping and Horticulture. With associations
to the sea through becoming a Lifeguard Contracts Manager, and the
Club Captain of the local voluntary Lifesaving Club, he made his
way to the USA for the World Championships hosted in Daytona. Shortly
thereafter Dylan met Jim and Vicki and before he knew it he was
on his way to St. Thomas to join them as first mate! The rest, as
they say in the classics, is history and can be followed in our
website. Enjoy! |
